4. Test method:

1) During the test, the frame is fixed on the test machine in accordance with the standard method, and the position of the front and rear axles can be manually adjusted to adapt to the size of the frame;

2) Adjust the amplitude of the vibration to meet the standard requirements,

3) Fix an adjustable part to prevent loosening during the test and affect the test.

4) Set the required test times on the control box.

5) Adjust the maximum allowable deformation of the frame, and the machine will automatically stop testing after exceeding this deformation;

6) Start the machine to test. If the test reaches the set number or the specimen is damaged, the machine will automatically stop the test and keep the test results.

6 Instructions for use:
