1. Electric vehicle active mode :(Use the electric vehicle itself to drive the test roller)


1) The damping torsion of the roller of the test equipment can be set to 0-100N.m (simulate the condition when riding on the actual road)


2) It can automatically detect and record the mileage of the electric vehicle battery. After full charge, the electric vehicle runs at normal speed, and runs until the electric vehicle undervoltage protection, automatically records its mileage and stops the test


3) Can detect the input voltage V/ current A/ power W of the electric vehicle battery, and the use of amperhours (A.HR)


4) Can automatically detect the normal driving speed and maximum driving speed of electric vehicles. Through computer control, the electric vehicle is automatically detected after reaching a certain speed and its current begins to become smaller, and the computer automatically records its maximum current speed as its maximum speed


5) The output power of the electric vehicle can be automatically detected. 6) The test can be stopped when the battery voltage is lower than the set value (the lowest allowable voltage value).

3. Braking performance and road condition test

2) Wet braking performance test:


The test method is the same as dry braking performance test. 3) Heat resistance test:


Adjust the machine and bicycle according to the standard requirements. When the line speed of the drum is 12.5km/h±5%, the test is carried out. The test lasts for 15min±2 min. Can automatically calculate and control the brake work, continuous braking time control (intermediate discontinuity release the brake lever)


4. Report processing: All the above test results can be kept in the computer, set the report format independently, and print the report freely.


5. 100 km power consumption test: using the electric vehicle's own battery power supply, after driving a certain distance at normal speed, the computer can automatically measure the actual power consumption of the electric vehicle when driving 100 km according to the recorded speed, mileage, battery current, battery voltage and other parameters.
