UV:
The first-order optical reaction is not sensitive to temperature change, however, the speed of the subsequent second-order reaction is closely related to temperature change. In general, as the temperature increases, the reaction speed will be accelerated, therefore, in the process of UV exposure test, temperature control is very important, and it is more important to match the test temperature used in the accelerated test with the highest temperature encountered in the practical application of the material. The temperature of the UV process in the equipment is set to any point between 50 ° C and 70 ° C, depending on the illuminance level and indoor ambient temperature. The temperature regulation of the equipment is completed by the controller with microcomputer calculation function to command the air heater, water heater and a series of systems in the equipment.
Moisture:
With the increase of temperature, the destructive force of moisture on the material will increase dramatically. Therefore, temperature control is the most basic requirement in humid overproduction. Furthermore, to produce an acceleration effect, it is necessary to maintain a high temperature environment during the wet process. Therefore, the temperature in the condensation process is set to any point between 40 ° C and 60 ° C.
