3. Longitudinal load test GB14746-2006 4.13

Three. Test method:

1) The specimen (wheel or frame with balance wheel) is placed on the fixture according to the standard;

2) Wheel static load test: Apply one perpendicular to 178N on the flywheel for 1min

3) Vertical load test: the frame is inverted vertical device, and the saddle tube is clamped, and the 30KG weight is hung on a balance wheel for 3 min

Its displacement and deformation are measured according to the standard

Repeat the same test with the other balance wheel

4) Longitudinal load test: the frame is upright, the axle of the front and rear wheels is placed on a vertical line, and locked, and the 30KG weight is hung on a balance wheel for 3 min

Its displacement and deformation are measured according to the standard

Repeat the same test with the other balance wheel
