Three. Test method:

1. Brake system load test:

1) Hand brake test: the bicycle is fixed on a special machine, change the number of weights so that the line brake meets the sleeve, if it is a rod brake to make the top surface of the sleeve flat with the horizontal tube, set the test times and test force on the LCD screen, the machine will automatically test, and record the test results.

2) Foot brake test: slowly load a 600N upward force on the left foot, the microcomputer automatically maintains 15S, automatically repeats the test, automatically terminates the test after reaching the set number, and retains the test result.

2. Hand brake performance test: the bicycle is fixed on the machine, when the force of the brake is increased to 45N, the microcomputer starting machine drives the wheel to rotate for one week with a constant force, and automatically repeats the test, stops the test after reaching the set number of times, and retains the test results.

3. Foot brake performance test: the bicycle is fixed on the machine, when the force on the crank is increased to 20N, the microcomputer starting machine drives the wheel to rotate one week with a constant force, and automatically repeats the test, stops the test after reaching the set number of times, and retains the test results.
