First, the test principle: the mattress hardness tester is to use a standard loading model to pressure the mattress, the control system will automatically record the load stroke and force value, so as to compare the hardness of different mattresses.

2) Set the test required position on the touch screen and the maximum allowable deformation

3) Start the test program to start the test, and automatically record the load curve force-displacement for analysis data to evaluate the hardness value and hardness level of the mattress
