one. Scope of application: This machine is professionally designed according to the relevant standards of EN1728.

1. The whole machine is automatically controlled by PLC, in the test process, no manual intervention, high degree of automation.

2. Impact height adjustment, can be set on the touch screen, motor drive, encoder record, automatic adjustment, no manual adjustment.

3. The X-axis displacement (longer direction) of the impact body is driven by the adjustable DC motor, without manual displacement, convenient and fast.

4. The impact body displacement is guided by a roller, and the friction resistance is small.

5. The fixing method of the impact body trolley adopts the fast clamp, which is convenient and fast.

6. The whole machine parts are made of steel electroplating or aluminum alloy anodizing treatment, beautiful appearance and no rust.

7. The frame structure is assembled with high-strength industrial aluminum profiles, beautiful appearance and strong scalability.

8. The bottom plate of the machine is made of high-strength steel plate, with reinforcing bars below, and the surface is treated by electrostatic spraying. There are evenly distributed M10 threaded holes with 200X200 spacing for easy installation of different specimens.
