one. Scope of use

Three. Test method:

1) During the test, the front and rear wheels of the scooter are fixed on the test machine according to the method specified in the standard.

2) Adjust the state of each component of the scooter, so that the state of the frame is the same as the actual riding;

3) Fix each adjustable part of the scooter to prevent loosening during the test and affect the test.

4) After the test is completed, check whether the scooter handle has cracks and deformation, and judge whether it is qualified according to the standard.

Four. Technical parameters:

1) The fixed fixture of the front and rear wheels adopts a coaxial design to ensure that the rotation of the front and rear wheels is synchronized during the impact.

2) The rotating shaft of the fixture is installed with bearings to ensure smooth rotation impact.

3) The fixture is installed with an Angle positioning device, which can ensure that the original Angle of the car meets the test requirements stipulated in the standard before the impact.
